Accussed for Rape Case

So your Girlfriend / Prostitute  Accused you for raping her even though you have not raped her.

Don’t worry this isn’t a big issue , Iam sorry to write this but yes its the fact that womens have been using this Women rights  Powers very wrong.

I’d a friend who had sex with a prostitute after completion of the intercourse and paying the Girl  discussed Money. the Girl demanded for more and more and when the Man refused to pay and left the area she allegedly complain the Area Inspector about him and he raped her  and the pity boy  have been jailed for 2 years.

in another case a Man and his long time girlfriend had physical relationship and the girl Demanded to the man to marry her and the man refused for some personal reason and the girl had done nothing but used women rights NGO and forced that man to marry her after he was jailed for 20 days by the order of District court.

So questions Remains how do avoid these Harassments.

Indian Law Always asides the Girl so there is nothing you can do  much. Its Fact that in Indian Law Girls are automatically Assumed as Victims and Mens are automatically Assumed as Accused / Criminal   ( this is big shame to Indian constitution)

First Step : When a girl accused you for molestation or rape if you have not done any.
Step 2: Try to intimidate the police about the situation and what happened for real
Step 3: Hire a good Lawyer and Apply for anticipatory bail.
Step 4: After the anticipatory bail is Approved Try to Talk to the investigator officer and try to weaken the case tell him and give him every evidence you have and do always ask him to ask the girl about the evidence from her

There is probability that you might win the case , but in any terms you get a chance to compromise with the girl do it.

Hope this helps .

Cheers !
